I found the website and information for each suitcase sizing very helpful. I received my order soon after ordering and I’m really happy with my choice. After having hard shell suitcases I’m finding the soft suitcase better for travelling as it suits smaller spaces better as the top opens up.

Great shopping and returning experience. Got the luggage, but not the size and look what I thought, contacted customer services, they sent someone come to my place collect and return it. Whole process was easy and fast. Very good experience.

The bag is great! Colour was slightly different to photos (got the taupe colour) but it was perfect for a 4 day overseas trip. Fit everything I needed, no worrying about checking in and the speed through the airport was fantastic. The handle doesn’t feel 100% stable, and that would be the only negative I have to say about it. All in all, great style and great function. It’s good.

Sturdy, good interior with zipped cover on one side. As others have said, scuffs really easily on the outside so new look disappears after one flight. Need to be prepared and accept that.

The size of the suitcase just perfect and it’s very light n the colour so beautiful. Looking forward to use it soon for NZ trips
