Big fan of this bag. I've used it nearly every day since purchasing as a gym/work/travel bag. Great quality and looks classy. Love that there's lot of different zip pockets and compartments. Highly recommend.

My bag is great. I use it for my work commute. Contains my laptop, water bottle, tea flask, and extras I need for my train trips. All this and it still looks stylish for when I reach the office. The description online was accurate, ordering easy and delivery was prompt.

Firstly - great product with speedy delivery. Customer Service though is really where they deserve 5+ stars. After placing my order, I asked them if it was possible to cancel so that I could repurchase through the Qantas Store for points, and they went out of their way to ascertain this and action it for me. Very prompt and helpful.

Fast service, easy to use website, very well packaged, nice colors, look sturdy haven't used them for a trip as yet, expect to be great though. Love the four-way wheels. Zippers a bit stiff but expect these will run easier with use, hopefully. Would love it if they had other colors rather than just the black, navy and dark green, I would have loved to buy a dark red one but not available.

We haven't used our new luggage yet, but the quality looks fantastic.

This is my second bag I have bought to take overseas. I have purchased one for my husband. The bag is light, lots of storage and pockets inside and fits my pump water bottle

Good product, great wheels! Size enough for 2 weeks clothing for an older male, but no more. Did the job when travelling through Japan recently. unsure of water resistance.
