I bought the Urban Core Tote in black. It is exactly what I ordered and promises to be an excellent bag. I would love to see it just a bit shallower but otherwise it's great. Many thanks for your customer service with an emailed query quickly answered.

Received suitcases in a very timely manner, well packaged. Product looks to serves its purpose well. Love the colour. Rolls and moves well, however real test will come when we fly with them in a few months.
