I must say that I was confused as to the name of the product I purchased for my Windows 10 OS. I contacted Mike B at Anti-Virus 4u.com and he explained everything I wanted to know and even went into my computer remotely to install the product key as I never used Avira but will be certainly using it now. I was surprised to receive a phone call from Mike B. about 3 minutes after I purchased ESET at the IT guy’s recommendation. Mike just wanted to let me know that they would be sending me the link shortly. The next day I went to install ESET but since McAfee was already on the new computer, McAfee was giving me some problems. Mike called me after I emailed. He walked me through the whole process and stayed on the line for an hour and 53 minutes while we finally removed McAfee. (It took less than five minutes to uninstall Norton while we were fighting with McAfee.) Problems solved. YAY!!! Big high five for Mike.

Issue: I tried to buy Bitdefender Total Security 2015 through your website and I have seen an offer price of INR 1911 and while entering my credit card details also i have seen the same amount and after submitting, it got deducted full amount of INR 4144.25, Resolution: so I raised a request and got the response from Anti-Virus team very quickly.
