I ordered Norton and waited for my email regarding downloading and the product key. Due to my email address, they thought I was trying to possibly use a stolen credit card number to purchase the software. However, when they called to confirm purchase, the caller ID only gave E Brunswick NJ and I don't answer such caller IDs. Eventually we did make contact and the software and product key was downloaded. During our discussion, he thought I could do with a cheaper version of the software based upon my circumstances and refunded $10 to my credit card which was nice. I have since deleted all the old software, installed the new and everything is working great. I'll come back next year to see if their prices are still competitive. If so, I guess I'll be buying here again.

I had an issue with my activition code when I have sent the email to costomer support within a few minutes they send me the information/solution for it and even called me to appoligize for the unconvinience at the same time.
