The repair on my Delonghi was done well. I was never notified that the repair had been completed. I had to call to check on the status. Spoke with a rather rude Chinese man. Who knows how long it had been sitting on the self. Also subsequently spoke with a woman when the Chinese man failed to get back to me, she was nice. Wasn't informed that delivery had gone out. Didn't receive an email with a tracking number. Wasn't notified of delivery completion. Simply happened to find the package at my front door. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. Luckily it wasn't stolen. Good repair, but extremely unorganized organization.
