The taste is super amazing, but some issues we faced need to improve: 1- The coffee container is not puah coffees toward grinder by itself correctly, need some touch time by time. 2- Its still really noisy. 3- Soon water & drain must be taking care, its good to have them automatically fill and drain. 4- Hard to clean the milk container especially the bottom.

No communication, kept the machine for 3 months when I was told 5 days and finally returned a broken machine that now leaks everywhere

Excellent service and advice

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years now - I find the shop always clean and bright unfortunately no coffee sampling from different machines now or beans- the salesman is polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate the older machine service gentleman . I wouldn’t have minded trying a different machine.

I just followed some tutorials in youtube and got my breville working again. Shipping was fast and package was well done.
