Had a horrible experience. 1. Coffee I received in November was roasted back in September. So it was an older batch (I got the same batch last time I placed this order as well) 2. The order came three weeks late and they never informed me until I followed up!
They cleaned my machine much better than any other places did.

Amazing people
I brought my sarcophagus Celsius coffee maker in for a cleaning. After receiving a call that repairs ere necessary I agreed to pay $375 for repair. After picking the machine up the coffee had a terrible metallic taste and burn taste. I brought the machine back in. I was told by the service that there was no issues. Your sales person Linda was very nice and we tried making coffee. There was still that taste but I decided to buy fresh coffee ($30) The service person said he doesn’t try the coffee from customer machines. That’s understandable. However the smell was very clear burnt an metallic. Over the next two-three weeks I run cleaning cycles at least ten times and made dozens of cups of coffee that I threw away. Finally after about 3 weeks the coffee started to taste normal. Clearly something was wrong with the replacement parts or the service. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The coffee machine was purchased at Anthony’s. I have had repairs and cleaning done a number of times with no issues. However, to pay that much for repair and have to go through what happens just is not acceptable. I would be happy to discuss this further Paul Estimates sent October 6
