Overall I was delighted with the way my warranty repair was handled. My only criticism is that it would have been very helpful had I been sent a message the day before my machine was to be returned to me so that I could have given directions for leaving it in my garage. As it turned out, I had to wait an additional week to get my machine back. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the service provided to me by Anthony’s. Best of all, my machine is working perfectly!

The coffee machine has been in twice now for repairs and it is not that old. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. I am satisfied with the service and repairs from the people at Anthony’s. However it is disappointing to have a machine that breaks down so frequently.

The staff were great they grounded coffee bean for me. Great service.
