Below is my reason for the 4 star review What separates one retailer from another is the little but important things. Considering we have purchased several coffee machines in the past with Anthony's both personally and for the business, I was a little disappointed that they could not provide a better discount on the 10 bags of beans considering the history and the $2k+ machine purchased.

Coffee machine is a huge hit with the family. We love it. Makes great coffee. Anthony service was fantastic. Super knowledgable of coffee machines and great advice.

Anthony’s Espresso was one of the few companies that had the Barratza Encore ESP in stock (they seem to have a good supply of all things related to espresso making). It arrived quickly and within no issues once ordered. I’m glad I could buy it from a Canadian company, too.
