The shipping was in just a few days. It was hectic trying to order the two exclusives at the same time given the fact you could potentially lose one or both out of your cart if your purchase isn't made fast enough. I prefer one offer at a time in the future please.

After placing my order online my order arrived in a few days. With ordering these exclusive pieces, it's a race to try to get your order in to obtain the doll. I don't agree with your doll being taking out of your basket because someone's faster. I feel once it's in your basket it should remain there till ones order is complete. You offer items at special prices, your offered to use Smile points and sometimes a surprise bag to purchased is offered before check out. All these take precious time if you want to add to your basket it really slows your order down so that's why exclusive should not be swiped out of your basket till your done ordering.

I asked them to delay shipping and they did exactly as instructed. He arrived right when I returned. Packed perfectly. Shipping and packing is always superb with Annalee and the elves.
