I bought it as soon as it came out with their presale discount. Black Friday deal was even cheaper. I emailed them about it and they refunded me the difference without any issues.

Earlier, I bought an F3000 + 3 BP3000 expansion batteries and 6 x 410 watt solar panels. This powers my tiny astronomy cabin. It worked so well I also bought this C2000 gen 2 so I could have a battery bank I could carry around outside to power astronomy equipment and also to have some emergency back-up power for the cabin because it also has the 30 amp plug.

I ordered the C2000 and expansion battery and received the expansion battery first. I contacted customer support by email late at night and received their response the next morning. They explained the C2000 shipped separately and was slightly delayed due to the high number of orders received and apologized for the delay. One week later they contacted me again to follow up and make sure everything was alright and they continued to keep me informed of the shipment until I received it. The excellent customer service makes me even more confident in the Anker Solix products.

Took a little bit to ship but overall was a positive experience for shipping.
