Extremely satisfied with four, C2000 Gen 2 w/battery combo’s and F3000 with three, BP3000 batteries. CS was very helpful with additional info needed for my install. F3800 next? Let’s see what the recently advertised new release will be!

Does everything I hoped it would now. When I first received it would not run my Furnace. With excellent Tech Support in a very short time frame, I was made aware that some equipment would need a Neutral Ground Bonding Plug. This unit is to be used as backup power for power outages during the winter months my furnace running was very important. After purchasing the required Bonding plug, my Furnace runs as I had hoped. It would have been nice in all the sales pitches if this had been explained. No big deal, still a great unit. I plan to buy a add on Battery Pak to up my storage.

Shopping was easy. Once you figure out the navigation menu the whole site is easy. Simple checkout. Had trouble at first due to the bank having a limit on the card. Once got that taken care of easy peasy.

The BP3800 Expansion battery is well made and easy to connect to one another.

Box was beat up some, but it appears to be fine. Haven’t used it yet, but it charged up fast.

Use the Solix C2000 Gen 2 outside on my observing deck while using my telescope. Ran it about 3 hrs. Load was heater 750 w, red LED light 6 w and telescope drive 10 w. The generator worked well. Weather conditions were clear with a temperature of +3 degree F (-16 degree C), Wind 2 mph (3. 2 km), Wind Chill -1 degrees F ( -18 degrees C), Humidity 97%, Barometer 30. 20" (1022. 69 millibars). That C2000 Gen2 proved its worth in the cold night air of Vermont. Its a tough little unit which can prove power in the cold.

Twin Solix F3800s are the quiet nighttime backup power supply that DIYers like myself greatly appreciate.
