Unfortunately, I believe the unit had been previously returned as the packaging, both inside and out, had been opened, and the cord had been reaped and was dirty upon arrival. I don't mind receiving a refurbished or returned item as long as that is disclosed and there's a discount associated.

Customer service falls short of expectsations

The snaps are a bit hard to unsnap. I have it charging my Anker SOLIX C800 right now. It is doing fine. A nice sunny day here in Pratt, Kansas.

Excellent product that does everything as advertised.

I have returned via RMA a double power hub. I was only credited $99 instead of the $299 I had paid for it. Had I known that your warehouse staff were so poorly trained and unable to identify items properly, I would have taped a label to the cable to help them identify it. Also, it would be great if the Anker customer service agents knew how to connect 2 F3800 units so that in the future, customers aren’t told to buy unnecessary cables.
