I had a friend try out the Parasite Defense Kit before me and she raved about it so I was intrigued and had been seeking a good cleanse protocol myself. I really loved how everything you need is in the kit, it was super simple to follow. I really appreciated that this cleanse felt gentle, I didn't feel like I was depleting myself while detoxing which I have felt in the past with other cleanses. I did it for 5 days and definitely felt results, I will be doing it again and maybe try for longer next time. If you're seeking a gentle way to cleanse the body I highly recommend this kit!
