Completely feel let down from a company I use to love. I ordered 2 t shirt online for my holiday so obviously bought by sight alone, I liked design so I purchased the t-shirts and recieved completely different design, description is correct but picture to the description is completely wrong, this happened Not once but twice. Both items completely different to what was advertised isn't this classed as false advertisement?? Am I wrong in presuming that purchases on line are mainly visual? I could understand a size being wrong ect, Even on the returns form there a tick box for order received not as advertised?? Seriously?? I Won't be buying online ever again as I don't know what i'l be receiving. items returned for full refund.

The poor quality quilted blanket also came with no return form or proof of purchase, other than the order email. I will have to return it with that to my local Mountain Warehouse shop. Disappointing purchase.

Love animal flip flops & have bought many pairs over the years. Never buy them from anywhere else! Only one thing to add though is that the dye really rubs off on navy & black ones. End up with blue & black on the soles of my feet! I’ve seen other reviews that mention the same problem. Perhaps it’s time to review the. Posting on such colours.

I bought this bag for use at festivals and it's brilliant, it holds quite a bit and is really comfortable worn on the back or front. It was so good, my husband bought the same bag in another colour!

Items received quickly and communication was good. Sadly the items were incorrectly labelled so the colour was not as seen on the picture. Items were returned.

Sizing too small

Was unfortunately sent the wrong T-shirt but found dealing with customer services a breath of fresh air. Even though it was the wrong T-shirt I was very happy with the quality and fit. Would defo be back.
