Great slides and half price.

Delivery was quick, ordered my Normal size but fit was big so had to reorder a smaller one. Still waiting for the refund.

Easy to order, but no international delivery

Quick delivery & easy to return, ordered 2 sizes as didn’t know how they would fit!

Fast delivery

Brilliant

I was very happy with the excellent customer service received from the team at animal regarding my recent on line purchases with them.

Great

Most items great, one item not so great

Complained no reply

Good quality

I placed my order 12 days ago and I still haven’t received it. No comms from Animal or evri. I’ve had to follow up to see where it is and all evri say are that it’s delayed. Not necessarily animals fault, but maybe the delivery partner needs reviewing.

Great customer service, but unfortunately I have purchased 2 towels and now been sent the wrong towel 3 times. There is clearly a packaging error as the towel I received is not what I ordered. Due to unexpected caring responsibilities I’ve had no time to contact again so I’ve given up, as I don’t want to waste another £30 and end up with 4 towels I don’t want.

Great product as always, fits a lot is, i also bought a pinkish pattern one for my partner

very quick delivery

Excellent service, very fast delivery and fantastic quality flip flops.

Excellent quality and a good price. Ordered a small and it is a perfect fit. Good deals to be had and website easy to negotiate. Delivered quickly aswell which was good as it was a birthday gift.

Very poor quality - sent it back. Animal clothes have gone downhill.

Speedy delivery

Good purchase, very pleased. The jacket was delivered on time from Mountain Warehouse. Well packed.
