I use the calm daily in my coffee and find I have far less side effects after, no jitters if I use it and way less of a crash. My 6 year old son asks for it at times in his hot chocolate as he says "it keeps me calm" (I don't suggest it as I am pretty sure we'd run out very quickly ;)) .

Could only rate 4 stars as didn’t receive the whole order. The glow didn’t come with the detox and calm. And by the time the glow was on the way. I had moved to a different county so couldn’t take advantage of it. The mushrooms are great and would definitely buy those again. They really do aid a great nights sleep
