Brittany and Vicki were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Normally it takes 4–8 weeks to get this product, but they went above and beyond, working directly with the supplier and getting it to us in under 2 weeks in time for a very important event. They kept us updated, were reassuring the whole way, and their customer service was truly exceptional. We will absolutely be using Anatomy Warehouse again and highly recommend them!

Clear Communication
Though part of my dissection specimen order was not immediately available, Anatomy Warehouse sent me an email right away and offered similar items that were available. The rest of my order was shipped and arrived quickly. It was packaged well to last until needed and will be a great vehicle for my students to understand mammal anatomy!

Outstanding experience
Our district recently purchased several models for our new A&P dual enrollment course. The quote was in our hands within a few hours, after approval it shipped into our hands within a few days. One of the models was damaged during the shipping process. Customer service was on it and had a new one shipped out that day. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was. Prompt and invested service to the customer. Thank you so much!

I recently ordered some skull models for an international neurosurgery training course. The company efficiently packaged one model and sent it to me for assessment. I found the models very lifelike and ordered 35. Within 3 days of ordering, the models arrived at my office. This entire process was easy, fast and accurate. Communication by email was excellent.
