I been using this vitamin-C now for a while and I really like it. I mix it in cold water and take it in the morning before I eat. It has no taste if I mix it in cold water but, if I mix it in slightly warmer water then I can taste the piperine (pepper) in it, so either way is good. Way better then taken the pill form of vitamin-C

I have had a full round of vax's and past c. These events have contributed to my blood pressure creeping up and up and can not be controlled with Amlodipine 10 mg anymore. I found Nattokin and I am taking 3 scoops taken 3 times during the day. After only one week of taking Nattokin (blue pouch) my high bp levels have dropped significantly!

One patient reported being more irritated but we are working on the shedding with her and it's helping her liver detox better. For myself, I tested for yellow, when starting it a few weeks I didn't feel the greatest but am feeling much better now.
