I ordered a mystery box and in the mystery box was supposed to contain body butters, but instead of me receiving that I received random items which in any other case would’ve been okay however that’s not what I paid for.. I work 16 hour shifts and I work very hard for my money. You can’t literally just give someone what you want them to have when there money paid for it. I’ll contact them. No respond. I went on TikTok and contact them & was told to email them I did still no respond… It could’ve been a mistake and I’m pretty sure it was however, contacting a person about a product is great customer service..
