The recipient was delighted with her birthday gift of the color relief mugs! Fedex took a long time to deliver as it shipped out on the 11th and did not arrive till the 22nd which was surprising since it shipped from CA and went to WA.

The wife and I collect snow globes for states we’ve traveled to and was excited to find a few we were missing on americaware. Packing was excellent with no risk of anything breaking. Only downside was it was shipped through fedex and they lost my package several times which kept extending the arrival date but that is definitely no fault from americaware. Will be ordering from them again soon.

These have been our go to souvenir coffee mugs during family tavel. It's nice to grab the ones we wither forgot to get or for trips prior to our collection beginning. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast!

While the order process was smooth, I still haven't received my item. It seems to be stuck in transit in a warehouse.

Very happy with the product, delivery was very fast. I bought the ceramic shot glasses as a present. Too bad I’m missing a few cities and states.

I like the coffee cups I received, the price was fantastic too, my only complaint is the selection. the website does not show they are available for all states in the style i wanted. other thna that they are good coffee cups

Wanted shot glasses for places I have traveled. They offered a great selection. The glasses were high quality. Packaging was very thorough offering hardly any chance of breakage in shipping.

I appreciated the extra padding to keep the mugs from breaking in transit.
