After buying and returning many different shoes from various company's, I finally found the Adele Shoes work best for my 98 year old mother in law. I have been buying them for years through your company, which is an easy and quick process.

The jAZZYAIR2 Power Hydraulic chair arrived a couple of weeks ago. This morning, Jeff and another representative arrived early to put it together and instruct me on the use. Jeff was the one who directed me mostly on the use and was very professional as well as well versed on the product. This chair is very touch sensitive in joystick movement but I feel sure that after practice, it will be the best item for mobility issues I have ever purchased. It will be a pleasure working with it. The full height adjustment takes me above the counter height which is adjustable and is nice getting items out of top cabinets as well as lowering it a little and being able to cook a meal and watching it from level instead of stretching just to halfway see what's going on. So far, I'll already give it an A+

So far my experience has been good. Still waiting to hear back regarding a broken fender piece.

Great product, allows for much more freedom and very easy to use.

The customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Currently my husband is in CHI St Vincent Hospital due to blood infection from his UTI. The wheelchair was deliver about 1:20 pm CT by FedEx Mon, 12.04.2023, DISASSEMBLED when I was informed by both the Sales Reps that it come assembled! I am in process of finding someone to put the wheelchair together; why was I lied to? The box in which it was delivered in was torn at the corner and I am not sure if all the parts are together due to large corner hole!

no one came to the facility to set up the chair. personnel at the facility uncrated the chair and tried to charge it but , it did not work. I called and talked to someone in customer support and was advised what to do. Someone in thier maintenance department will remove the seat and shroud to hook up the battery cables to day and see if it charges the battery. if it still does not work after that I will call there for support.

I bought the wrong size shoes, and they won't let me return them. They said I only had 14 days to return. Well let me tell you that is NOT nearly enough time! I won't go back there because I can't afford another $144 mistake.

It's good. The only problem was I got two left mirrors instead of a right and left one.
