I ordered a blue scooter but had to settle for a red one. However, the red one did arrive in excellent condition. It was a pleasure dealing with Cindy. She explained everything I needed to know. There could be an instruction sheet included on how to install the rear-view mirrors. The only reason I lowered the star rating is because of the unexpected color change. In the "old days" they would "throw something in free of charge" when that sort of thing happened. Thanks Cindy and AQHP. Also, a big thanks to Roadrunner freight Co.

I thought I found a solution to my needs!
The small wheels of the chair doesn't allow me to move around with easy, now I use it only in short and small places in order to move or have some one to help me to push it. I'm a disable,unable to walk 68 year old and a 190 lbs person that was looking for a ultra light chair to load and unload it in to our car with less effort. Regular chairs are heavier and harder load and unload. If I use it, then I lose my freedom to move around without any help.

Order took longer to receive than advertised. When I inquired about it they said it was because I added “White glove delivery” and they had to find a person to assemble.

Waiting over a month
I have paid for my scooter over a month ago and every time I call to see what's happening, all they keep telling me is a different excuse every time. I have never waited this long for any delivery. I can't walk at all, so I'm stuck at home until they either send my scooter or I get my money back and buy it from a different company.

I have been experiencing with my Ewheels ew-14 scooter. I have been more than patient throughout the process of trying to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, the lack of use of my scooter is now starting to have a significant impact on my health and defeats my whole purpose of buying the scooter in the 1st place. I purchased the Ewheels ew-14 scooter with the expectation of improving my mobility on my job. However, since experiencing difficulties with the scooter, I have been unable to use it effectively. Despite numerous attempts to have the issue resolved, the problem persists and I am left without a resolution and is having an impact on my health.

Our Company called to discuss a possible return and the customer service rep was very rude, mean and unprofessional. Our company supports the diabled. Easy gift purchase and out of state delivery
Very smooth transaction and delivery. Purchased walkers for brother in another state. Easy assembly. He is very happy with his walkers. He had to have a red walker and a black walker.
