I've been buying these hoodies from American Giant for more than a decade. They used to be much, much thicker and more rugged. Now the inside is soft and the scruff literally just come out if you pull on it. Definitely a step down in quality, will not be purchasing again.

Received store credit instead of reimbursement (though don't remember being given the option); received wrong item in exchange, though order arrived promptly. Love the clothing, frustrated by these other necessities.

Shipping could be faster.

Nice material, but far too loose/runs too large. Looks like a bell when wearing (material sticks out/excess around the abdomen and waist).
