This is the second order within a few months where the initial package was lost in shipping, causing a delay in when I could expect it. While customer service did send a replacement order, ultimately I did not receive it when I needed it. Then, when the missing package showed up, customer service sent me a return shipping label. So now I have to go out of my way to return their extra package.
