Somehow the screw cap on my water tank cover disappeared and I had no spare. I contacted customer support and Robert responded immediately as he had in the past when I had questions or issues. He put a set in the mail and I had in 3 days, no charge. I can't say enough good things about him and how they do business. It is rare these days to have this kind of service and I commend Robert for his diligence and follow up. I would also like to commend Am Car Craft for their 'system' that told me when something shipped, tracking information and approx arrival time. Why I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

Very attractive product.. had a little problem installing driver side. I called and they sent video to help and stated if I still had trouble they would replace… the video did the trick and installed easily after viewing.. great customer service.. thanks guys

Bought the Raptor 3 piece grill for my husband for Christmas last year. Took it to All American truck to have it installed 9-18-21. They refused to install it because the middle piece Raptor would not fit the grill. It is way too long and the bends in the metal are completely off. Wish I didn't wait so long to have it installed, should of had it checked to make sure it would fit, but putting my trust in a company to produce a product that works like they say it does was my fault. Very bad decision....

I purchased engine shroud kit with lettering, hood scoop trim, console, door grab handle, side marker light, taillight, bumper stainless trim. All items fit well and make the looks of my car much better. All items were easily installed. Just be patient. If purchasing the hood scoop covers, be sure to to place each on the correct side. They are side specific but do not say so. I highly recommend all items the items I have purchased and installed.

www.partsbrokersllc.com has new OEM parts. if you are trying to find something we may have it. as an x SLP guy I like what you do. contact THE SHOP MAGAZINE they should do a story on you. other SHOP's will want to purchase ACC items. Jef White Editor we have caddie V parts carbon hood I think too
