Easy install looks great

The old cereal tiger used to close the ad with “It’s GREAT”. I really couldn’t start nor close my thoughts on America’s Car Craft any better way than as that old tiger would say “it’s Great”. I recently telephoned ACC to inquire about two orders and spoke with Robert in Sales, he immediately found my order and said one should be delivered the next day and the second order the day after. Guess what, the orders received as spoken. So what more could be said, other than “it’s Great”.

You people have a lot of nerve asking me for my thoughts on my experience with your company!!! You ripped me off for $360 with your lies and I would not recommend your company to anyone!!!!!!!!

Very professional staff. Handcrafted stainless steel looks awesome. Parts arrive on time, I was a little concerned about installing Plenum parts, because my hands shake a little at times. When I talked to them on the phone I was asked how far away I was. I’m about a two hour drive, and they said I could bring it on in and the parts would be installed for free. Installation was done by Camden (the owner) in a timely manner and my Vette looks great. Thanks guys!

I have had to finesse, bend, shape some parts to get them to fit. The master cyl. Cap that was shipped with the perforated master cyl. Cover I ordered didn’t fit. I talked to Robert in support and he shipped me a new cap same day. Great service! Overall happy with the product

Needed a particular part. 4 other websites wouldn't work with me for the purchase and they helped me out here within 2 hours to get it settled.

American Car Craft is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is non existent. The part I ordered had no instructions, and the paper that came with it stated that there were no instructions available at this time. Never would I recommend this company to anyone!!! They do not stand behind their product. If there is a problem they blame the customer for not following the non existent installation instructions. Then refuse to give a refund.

Received my product very quickly and it is great quality.

Received part with some of the adhesive tape film missing or damaged and was told this was normal. I was told the laser caused this . I operate a laser and cut lots of stainless with protective tape and I would NEVER send out something with the protective tape damaged.

My question concerning your Mustang vanity fitting my 2018 Mustang was not answered.

I've owned my engine compartment upgrade for a couple of months. My concerns initially were - would it stay in place and how hard it it to keep clean? Happy to report nothing has moved. I've had the car at some speed and over a rough road or two. Nothing moved; everything stays put!. Cleaning with the right tools is important. I had purchased an air blower and a good supply of microfiber cloths. It adds time to a normal wash so I plan real hard to keep the car dry/clean. Follow the instructions and drying/cleaning is a breeze. I'm putting another order for more custom parts tomorrow - you should too! Money well spent!
