I am a type two diabetic. So I try hard to keep my body and nutrition in check. I specifically use the pineapple and lemon grass packets mixed with my orange juice in the morning to give me a boost and get daily nutrition I need to help keep my bllood sugars in check. I was skeptical, but it does help! I stand by it as a "natural " supplement to my diet. I woulld urge anyone to try it.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these greens but they tasted great and love the shaker cup to go with it.
