Used this place for years. Ordered flowers last time a week ago. Delivery was never done. Called them twice. They promiced to refund the money. Never got the refund. Calling bank for a chargeback. Will not do bisiness with them again.

I ordered flowers on the phone from Leo, I was very specific and ordered a dozen roses code AFR 70-1 on the website. My credit card was charged $112.35. What he delivered is far from what I ordered. An arrangement that is not worth $20. When we called back to complain. He denied and claimed that I asked for an arrangement and he was extremely rude. I found later a review where he did the same thing. I ordered from there because I have seen positive reviews. My advice is do not trust that what you order is what will be delivered. Go there yourself and see what you are buying. I saw later a review also complaining of the same situation, I wish I saw it before I ordered from there.

I had the most awful experience with the owner Leo who has ignore my calls and emails. On May 10 they delivered an expensive and beautiful flower arrangement which only lasted for 2 days, I called and since then I have been waiting for the promised replacement after calling a thousand times. There have been times that the owner have hung up the phone and lately he blocked my numbers. It is a shame!

The flower arrangement that Amazing Flowers Miami put together for my girlfriend was absolutely gorgeous - and the vase that came with it - was a piece of art in itself. Amazing indeed. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations. Best Regards.

This business is great and they make some of the most unique pieces that I've seen and the service is awesome! The people that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable and they helped me find what was the best choice for me while keeping in mind what I wanted. It was also a last minute request and they had made it seem like it was no big deal to accommodate me. Next time I need flowers for any occasion I won't hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend them.

I have used - and recommended - Amazing Flowers multiple times with considerable success. However, recently they stepped up for a special occasion that truly demonstrated the taste, competence and initiative of Lior and his team. I really liked the result - and my wife loved it. I have used them for several occasions. The designs are great! Very cutting edge and unique. Not your Grand Pa's flower shop - . very cutting edge! I have never had any real problems with the service. The owner Lior, always bends over backward to make things right for our accounts. I am very satisfied.

This hands down was the worst flower experience I ever had. The owner Leo is a very dishonest man. I asked for flowers to be delivered for to my sister for the arrival of her new baby. I sent a very descriptive email outlining what I wanted (type of flowers, colors to use and height). Then I asked my sister to send me a photo of the flowers and it was the exact opposite of what I requested. I called him and emailed him and he told me he would resend flowers but none ever arrived. He told me they were sent but I can tell from his lack of response that he was lying. In fact, just try emailing his shop, you will notice that the emails bounce back, which is further proof how unprofessional this man and business is. Please don't make the same mistake I did by overpaying for something I did not want and dealing with a person who lacks all integrity. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I am not the only one who had a bad experience.
