The flowers I ordered did not arrive on the day I requested.  When I called, they could not find my order and the truck had already left so had to start over.  The flowers came at the end of the holiday weekend when I was having guests.  A horrible experience with no explanation to a regular customer

New update....I just used these guys again in Jan 2021! Yet again absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered today (which I never except Ed bc I order so late in the day). You guys are amazing. When I retire to Miami you will be my goto until then you are for my Florida relatives!!!! Top notch! I am in Philadelphia and googled a florist in Miami for a family member who lives down there. The arrangement was spot on to the picture I picked! It was beautiful. The staff was amazing! Highly recommend! Will only use them here on out for family in Florida!

Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my wife and my parents for mothers day 1 week ago. Neither of them received the flowers and charged our credit card for both bouquets. Called mid day and got the excuse that it's raining and it will be delayed. Now they are closed and still no flowers. Amazing flowers is a VIRUS itself!
