The product itself looks good, little complicated without video as the paper instructions are terrible. Generally instructions are very clear of order what screw goes with what. The video could be non speaking & more clear ito actually show what screw goes with what piece when he is installing. I had 3 different los of screws missing,Prior to receiving video steps plumber siliconed base down prior too us fitting the glass. As the instructions were unclear , access behind required. Apart from all the above it looks good. Some of the plastic that prevents water coming out damaged The delivery is very expensive for outer melb.

Great bball ring. A little tricky to put together, but definitely worth it.

We are yet to erect our marquee however I wanted to comment on customer service and delivery experience. Always direct delivered our Marquee in 4 days with tracking service that stated delivery within a 2 hour window. I had to email them as I would not be at home and they responded promptly with message that they would advise the courier of a safe delivery spot - no signature required Will definitely purchase from them again and hopefully the marquee meets our expectations.
