I ordered a sliding library ladder from Aluminium Flanges after much shopping around.   What a fabulous little boutique manufacturing organization this is, and what a pleasure to deal with.    Their responsiveness and quality of work is off the charts.   When I was checking them out before placing an order, I thought that some of the previous very positive reviews might be exaggerated; but no – Aluminium Flanges really is a gem.

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. The service received from both Juan and Chantal was swift, professional and friendly. This would have been a 5 star rating but unfortunately the wood that was supplied was very badly warped, they did supply brackets to help with this but even with them installed it wasn’t enough to keep the wood straight.
