Terrible customer service! They have lost my business

The shipping was great and fast, but unfortunately the discount or coupon of 1st time user didn’t work.

Easy navigation and ordering on your website. Products always arrive in prompt fashion and well packed.

I purchased this Calming Collection two weeks ago based on my dermatologist's recommendation. I find the products easy to use, but I'm having trouble applying the Clear Shield sunblock. It tends to smear when I apply it over the SensiCalm, leaving white streaks on my face. In other words, it's difficult to blend them together for a smooth finish. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

The sense calm cleanser did not come with my order. I reached out to customer service the moment I unpacked the box and was told the sensor calm was out of stock - although my purchase went though as if in stock. The cleanser didn’t show out of stock online and I was able to add it along with the other products to my cart and make the purchase. Customers service also conveniently mentioned the sensor calm was now in stock though and they’d ship to me. I still have not received the cleanser.

This is a fantastic line. I recommend it to everybody.
