My order came opened and incomplete. The packaging was very minimal, as if it was all just thrown loose into a large shipping bag. I sent it back for a refund.

I did not get the product I ordered. The phone number on the website did not work. No response to my email. But PayPal assisted me in getting my refund. Very Disappointing since I was traveling and needed the protective cover.

If i could, i would rate you a Minus star, i was sent the wrong product, i called and emailed multiple times but no response, i ordered the travel bag for an electric wheelchair and got a dinky rolator bag. Your customer service is lacking, i will not buy from here again!

The scooter was too small. The spacing between the handlebars and chair is to close. Is there another model that is a little bit longer?

Love it! Fast shipping and easy to use. It gave me the ability to move around with comfort and ease. I would recommend it over a conventional wheelchair any day!
