I have ordered from Alta Foods several times and never had any issues. Timed delivery slot, well packaged food. If an item is out of stock and doesn't arrive in the delivery, they will issue a prompt refund.

Still cannot contact the cs whatever any question

This is yummy though I wasn’t sure if this needed to be frozen or refrigerated. I put it in the freezer and defrosted it for a day- the mochi inside was as bit hard as a result. Perhaps if I defrosted for longer the mocha filling will become soft again.

No people for communication

This is an amazing service ! Being able to order restaurant quality meals, keep them in the freezer and heat them up so easily by boiling the bag is quite the innovation.
