Ordered zongzi back in June which was never delivered. They never refunded me for this order.

Failed to deliver and no response to request for refund. Wasted money!

Can not reach any people

I wish turnip/taro cakes and pandan rice cakes were on sale all year. When ocean city was open in bournemouth they served it all year.

The quality of food is good. The food packaging is excellent and instructions for reheating the food is mostly very clear and easy to follow. The delivery is always on time and the food arrive in good condition.

Arrived promptly when expected and well packed.

Food are tasty and packing are good, they came in all frozen still.

When I received this shipment, the food has all thawed. I was advised that they were safe to be consumed but this was different from the order we had previously.

Easy to order, delivery packaged well.

I have received damaged items from my order. I have sent them three emails regarding for a refund. However they choose to just ignore my emails. Terrible customer service. Be cautious when ordering!!!
