While placing my order and trying to figure out which product would result in cheaper shipping, I accidentally place two orders. In a panic, I called the number on the website so I could cancel without getting both products sent to me. The company called me back not even ten minutes later, took care of concern, and threw in an extra drawstring bag for my order. Oh and did I mention it was only 5:30am their time? I will definitely be recommending this small business to others and cannot wait to get my order.

Bought this as a gift for my 4 year old grandson who loves to see his name or his initials as he learns the alphabet and how to spell. The bright color and smiling face that is embroidered on is pleasant and safe for children. I would buy this item again and would have loved to have been able to afford the entire alphabet.
