My favorite sweatpants! I have them in the beige and the light grey. Wish the drawstring was longer but the pants fit great.

Good communication

Account has not been reflecting all of my rewards points for submitting reviews with pictures. I have been in contact with customer service and Jay has passed along the information internally and trying to keep me up to date on why I haven't been receiving rewards points for those items but still waiting on a resolution. I filled out several more reviews today all with pictures and see that one item reflects the 20 points on my account but all the other reviews and pictures have not been credited yet. Hope there will be a resolution soon. Hopefully before the next drop in case I want to use those points!
