Exchange services need some work. I understand policy is 10-15 business days. I shouldn’t have to threaten a chargeback on my card on business day 14/15 to finally get my items processed and shipped out to me.

alphalete has always been my favorite brand of leggings, and will always be. im never let down with alphalete, plus great delivery experience.

Great products, but the shipping and extra fees were almost as much as the order. Don't buy if you're international.
