I am a new customer. When I received my first order, I found that some of my items didn’t fit. They made the exchange process very easy and my new items fit great

Very good! The only thing that would have made my experience better ,would have been a refund I requested that I was told couldn’t have been done. I ordered two or three items, and the next day they were discounted, which I would have saved over $20. I have been ordering from your company, and it would have been a great gesture on the companies half.

Good shipping and service! Love their selection of ambassadors too! Shipping does take longer during Black Friday sales tho, lol.

in general it is good but the return system is so bad which is beyond my imagination. Also search will take some much longer time to load the rest content. I was so confused. I don't know how can they just leave it like that.
