I've bought a few things from Almazan and never had any issues. Quality has always been great. This time however the knife isn't fully seated into its hilt. While it's still functional it's a concern that maybe the handle won't hold long term. Too late to return it since it's a Christmas gift.

It was easy I was able to contact and make sure I can get the blades I want online. It was no big deal.

It arrived in a timely fashion and is well boxed. Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but it looks to be of excellent quality and is very sharp. I enjoy watching the Almazan Kitchen videos on YouTube, you rock!

I was surprised once I received the knife. It was lighter than I expected. The wrapped handle was quite comfortable and the overall design was easy to handle in different cutting situations. It is also surprisingly sharp! Great design.

I have ordered product from them before, merchandise does take a bit longer to come in due to the countries it has to travel through. But the time of order and arrival time at least is not 4 to 6 months, it is much shorter than that. But you will not get the products in a week. I find the products is of good quality and beautifully made. Love the wood pieces. Love! Love, love the knives.
