So far we have tried several fish and all were great! We seem to favor the Cod! I must add that we were disappointed with the mussel order. Most of them wouldn't open no matter how long I cooked them. We ended up throwing them out. We also got the very large shrimp, which were very good and will be ordering again for sure, Pat
