Glamerous pictures and website but very expensive for poor quality.
The clams in the clam chowder were very tough and chewy. The gumbo needed more seasoning. The large scallops were filled with lots of liquid. So far, not impressed for very expensive seafood.

I missed the deadline for
I missed the deadline for one of the promotions because I had a question and waited to ask it hours after the promotion ended but AllFresh offered to honor it and did. Packing is top-notch. I especially love the frozen packs that are plant food for our bougainvillea's. AllFresh is my go-to fish market!!

Packaging and shipping were perfect
Packaging and shipping were perfect on this order! Arrived right on time and in perfect condition! I have had a couple orders that had shipping issues ( on the part of the shipping company and at no fault of AllFreshSeafood) but AllFresh went way above and beyond to fix the problem every time! Replacing entire orders and shipping them out immediately (even throwing in some extras). So if you do have any rare shipping issues know that they ABSOLUTELY WILL take care of you!!

I love the high quality
I love the high quality and variety of fish offered. I love that the fish is from ethical and sustainably harvested regions that care about the future of the industry. Cost is a bit of a factor, but it’s the way it is these days. Would love more sale options and rewards program and shipping deals.
