Tracking the parcel is not possible but it didn’t take long to arrive. I was so exited to start using my new Kensington mower but I had a bad surprise right from the beginning of my new experience with the mower. The mower comes with the blade cartridge installed and since I wanted to use the scarifier first I had to switch them but during this process I found an issue, there are two screws that secure the cartridge to the machine and when I was putting them back in with the scarifier cartridge I could not screw the right one because the gap between the cartridge and the machine was to big, the left one is fine but the right gap is to big and the length of the screw is not enough for reaching the mower. I have attached a video that explains the issue. I have contacted Allett Canada right after I found the issue and on Wednesday June 7, 2023 they suggest me to start using the machine anyway and that they will follow up with me once the factory will let them know the next step. Today is June 13, 2022, I am sure they will take care of it somehow but I haven’t heard anything yet.

I Will have give a 4.5 star. The only bug was the lack of delivery tracking, this is the only flaw. The rest is perfect, you pay big box for delivery But it's delivered on a wood pallett, well wrap. The Machine...for it's perfect, so far :-).

The mower will not cut my grass I am finding it totally user unfriendly. The wheels that raise the cut just fall off when I move the mower, I am using a maintenance co. to cut my grass till I work out how to use it.

I put my order in and received it a few days later all good.

Shipping was a problem. They sent the wrong model. However it was great to be able to talk to a live person who seemed to care about resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Looking forward to using my new equipment next spring.

After watching many YouTube videos I finally decided to purchase a reel mower. The liberty 43 is an amazing little machine. Superior cutting and build quality, and it lays down some solid stripes. Definitely recommend

Lawn needs to be perfectly flat for best results otherwise a nice cut..

Scarifying alone isn’t enough. This verticutter works like a charm.

Mowing low comes with its own challenges. One being what to do with lateral growth of your turf. Verticutting is the answer, it cuts the side growth and helps to stand the blades up so you can get a more uniform cut. I use it to remove necrotic growth which also helps my dark green lawn to pop that much more. When over-seeding it creates the perfect grooves to catch and hold my grass seed in place. It has outperformed my expectations and surprisingly has become my second favourite cassette behind of course my reel.

This lawnmower is spectacular. James is always available with great information and support. If you are looking for a reel mower, Allett is the only way to go.

I have used the cutting cartridge and scarification cartridge so far and had excellent results.

This Machine is amazing. It starts with the first pull and turns on a dime. It's also really quick! My only issue so far is that my lawn can not take the lower heights of cut it is capable of. This is not the machine's fault though. I have had to overseed with fine fescues to get it into the lower heights of cut, and will be adding bentgrass soon to go all the way down.
