I do not understand why I was forced to pay to track my package. The service forced upon me had little value add considering UPS, Fed Ex and USPS already provide those services very well for free. Customers should be able to opt out of a useless service. This is not about the cost, it is about allowing customers to not incur additional cost for no value. It is four days later and the service I didn't need and was charged still has no information on it.
