Terrible customer service. I have been trying for over two weeks to get in touch with anyone at the company to help with an online order. Eventually placed the order without help and the product arrived defective. I still can’t get a hold of anyone to sort out a return or exchange. No responses at all. Putting this review on the site in hope that it prompts someone to finally respond.

Website was easy to use, shipping was completed without delays and with tracking, and order was received in perfect condition and expected quality.
