I am not Luke Bradford he is my family doctor I notified you that I had no idea how you got his name in your system I asked you to correct it you told me you would and now you send this message I’m incredibly angry about this no more waffling get it out of your system immediately it is embarrassing

Couldn’t give me what was advertised and then could not give-me the replacement I ordered. They were slow to communicate I have brought all birds for years and this was the worst experience I have had highly disappointed ☹️

I have been wearing Allbirds for 8 years and find them smart, comfortable , durable and warm. My favourite shoes - still wearing 7 year old shoes and love new colours added to the range

Service was great, speedy delivery BUT why do you keep changing the product????? Pipers are nothing like the previous ones I have purchased …. not impressed …the look ugly… kept them as I was going overseas and didn’t have time to change them due to postage delays.
