The return process is cumbersome and difficult to navigate particularly when the question asked is the length and size of the shoe. The process is not user friendly. Even the expectation that purchasers have printers to print a piece of paper before returning the shoe. This seems to me to be superfluous and unnecessary. You have the box, the receipt and name of the customer on the box.

Very good. Had an issue with only one pair arriving. Response was quick, empathetic and effective.

They are a bit too pointy. They squish my toes :( was hoping for a more open toe box.

Not good so far, as I returned my shoes to be exchanged for a smaller size 10 days ago and haven’t heard a thing back from Allbirds regarding the exchange. So, not a happy customer 😞:woman-shrugging:

I bought the grey Tree Runners with white sole. Perfect for summer. Wore them all day with immediate comfort. Have other Tree Runners and know they will only get better as they mold to my foot. A suggestion, 'flat' laces tie better (and stay tied) then rounded ones and so I usually replace the laces, often with a contrasting colour.

Shipping great but lack of size selection a BIG problem - as are your rather unhelpful responses to my constant grizzle’s about lack of choice …

Shoes delivered quickly but I returned both pairs as too big, haven’t had confirmation of return being received but tracking says that have been delivered. How long does the return process and refund take?

I really like allbird shoes, and have found them so comfortable! I unfortunately have quite narrow feet and very sore toes, and the first pair of allbird shoes, (tree runners) I bought 5 years ago in lockdown! They have been incredibly comfortable and I wear them a lot! But I found the last pair I bought unfortunately too wide.
