I have been faithfully taking the supplements and the booster in the evening for a couple of months now. I have not had a bone scan yet to compare results but I can tell you that I am thrilled with how AlgaeCal has affected my issues with constipation. There must be just the right amount of magnesium to help with regularity. Do others find this to be true also?
