Clothing certainly feels high quality, and I appreciated the speedy shipping. My negative feedback is the model reference details didn't always match the images - sometimes there's two models and I'm not sure who is who, sometimes I was able to deduce that it wasn't referencing the right person. I rely on this to choose the right size for the fit I want. Additionally, free returns (not exchange) would give me more buyers confidence.
