I have loved Alegria shoes for years and was excited to receive these, but was very disappointed when they arrived. I wear a 7. 5, but I ordered an 8 just to be safe, but these are so tight. Also, they are of poor quality and are not the Alegria shoes of the past. I was going to return, but saw that I would be charged a restocking fee and a shipping fee totalling $20. That is poor customer service. I will not be ordering again.

The only bad part of this experience is that it took a little longer than I expected, but the order finally came. The product is great.

My order was with an in sole . Didn't know what that was about. I called and she said just to replace the insole with the one that was shipped. I ordered wide. Ok didn't know that.
