I am not liking your return policy or exchange policy! When you buy from on line shoe stores, sometimes the shoe is too small or too large even though you order your correct size. To not exchange for free shipping is not ok I will be ordering less from your shop But I love Alegria shoes once in a while they just don’t fit

Alegria is great; the ordering process was convenient, and the shoes I initially ordered were of excellent quality, though I had to return them because I'd ordered the wrong size. I never received the shoes that would have been the right size because of FedEx's incompetence and lack of communication with me on the delivery, leading to them being stolen before I could retrieve them. Even before this happened, I was recommending people use USPS and UPS whenever possible, as the only times I've had problems getting something delivered, FedEx was the courier.

Great for exercise and walking the dog. Light weight and springy. A little loose in the heel but the straps helps with that.

Love these slippers. This style should be a permanent item in various colors. Make a great bedroom slipper and hard to find good supportive ones.
