We enjoyed the Halibut, which we baked in the oven. Our preferred method is to wrap in foil with butter, dill, oregano and a little bit of pesto. The result is moist and delicious.

We celebrated New Year's Eve with friends by having Alaskan King Crab legs. As always, they arrived promptly and came perfectly packaged and still frozen. We warmed them in the oven with a little butter and lemons and they were perfection! The most delicious crab legs we have ever had.
